Stripe Payment Not Capturing Payment

Woocommerce via Stripe isn’t capturing payments.

I set up a stripe payment gateway, added an endpoint, and test payments are going through except that it’s not capturing the amount for some reason.

Everything is in the green on my end, and on Stripe’s end. Except when you go to actually pay for something. Stripe can’t capture the amount, the webhook isn’t set up properly for some reason that I can not understand. I must have misread something somewhere.
