Stripe Payment Fails

    We’ve connected the Stripe Account and it was working fine but we now get this message – and struggling to uncover the issue.

    “Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method.”

    The Site is SSL Secure and previous tests on an actual payment car rather than a test card were all okay.

    Hello,

    Are you making your tests with the “Test Cabin” room?

    Because Stripe requires a minimum transaction of $0.50. And that room requires a deposit of £0.10.

    If this is not the case, please open a ticket in wphotelier.com because this is the support forum for the core plugin, not for the premium extensions.

    You’re right.
    I was testing for the Client and forgot about the 10% deposit being less than 50p.

    Sorry about that.
