When a user uses the LINK option to save a new payment card, it gives an error: “Internal Error: API request failed: Missing required param: mandate_data”. I tried to remove LINK in my Stripe settings and it’s no longer the default, but it still is an option.

Also, the Google recaptcha isn’t appearing in Firefox. It appears just fine in Chrome and Safari.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @wowpages,

Thank you for using WP Full Pay and for your detailed feedback.

I can see that the Link option is no longer available on the page you shared. I tested saving a card with Link on my staging site and was unable to replicate the issue. The payment method was saved successfully.

Regarding the reCaptcha not appearing in Firefox, I was able to replicate the issue on your site. However, when configuring reCaptcha v2 on my own staging site, it displays correctly in the latest version of Firefox. This suggests the issue might be specific to your site’s setup or environment.

    To troubleshoot, I recommend:

    • Ensuring all plugins and themes are up to date.
    • Temporarily deactivating all plugins except WP Full Pay and switching to a default WordPress theme to check for conflicts.
    • Testing the reCaptcha in an incognito/private window.
    • Clearing both browser and server-side cache (if any).

    I hope this helps.
    Best regards,
