Strange formatting issue

There is a strange area midway down the page where everything gets pushed to the right. I would like to run continuous photos in two columns down the page; but, in this area the page will only allow the right side photo. Any idea what the problem might be? I even attempted the create a new page and copy and paste everything into this new page and the same problem occurred. thanks
