How do we stop this window from Auto-Opening?
We only want it to open upon Trigger.

Seems like this should be easy. Are we missing something?

We moved it only to the Contact page, since it’s kinda annoying.

Hey,

The chat is in offline mode at the moment, so I can’t check for sure.

The chat should NOT Auto-open unless a trigger is set. A trigger should only occur once per visitor.

Hi Dallas,

I just upgraded the plugin, and it’s still occurring.
Can you login to the WP Admin and give a look around?

I don’t understand this auto-open. No triggers are set.

OK, I think I just figured this out.
There was a trigger set. It was an EMPTY TRIGGER. I deleted it and stopped the auto-open of LivelyChat.

Thanks for your patience, while I figured this out.
It was a totally EMPTY TRIGGER.
