I created a thread previously and was told to check the console, but am not getting any jQuery errors. If i upgrade to any version past 3.5.5, click on “Add Tracking Info” does nothing, and at the bottom of the browser I see “javascript:void(0)” . Starting with 3.6 is when the problem starts. It’s whenever the UI changed for the Add Tracking Button that made it incompatible with my site. I’ve tried disabling all other plugins 1 by 1 and I can’t fix it. I believe it’s the 3.6 update which says: Enhancement – Update the design of the Add tracking popup . Once the add tracking changed from a dropdown in the order page to a popup, it just won’t work. Is there a way in the newer versions of the plugin to make it a simple drop down on the side of the order page like versions before 3.6?

    Hi @wooq123,

We have thoroughly tested the Add Tracking Info functionality in the latest versions but could not replicate the issue you are facing. The redesigned Add Tracking Popup introduced in version 3.6 works as expected in our tests.

At this time, we do not have plans to revert or provide an option to switch back to the dropdown layout used in earlier versions.

    Best regards,
    Gaurav

Have you had reports of the popup not working? I can’t figure out what could possibly be causing it. I’ve tried different browsers, made sure ad blockers are disabled. The popup won’t display

We haven’t received any reports of the Add Tracking Info popup not working.

    Hi,

I am having the same issue which started for me on Feb 07, 2025. This worked days earlier. When I press the “Fullfill Order” button, nothing happens. I also notice a “X” under “Add Tracking” which I have never seen before. I dont see a way to upload screenshot on this forum. I was able to roll back to v3.5.5 as reported by original poster which solved the issue.

However, I looked at the logs and noticed that this is the same day that WooCommerce Checkout Manager automatically updated from version 7.6.4 to 7.6.5. I brought Advanced Shipment tracking back to the latest version of 3.7.5 and saw the problem reoccur. I then rolled “WooCommerce Checkout Manager” back to v7.6.4 and can confirm it is functioning normally again.

So my guess is there is some incompatibilities here. I have disabled all auto updates so these updates don’t break the website. I hope you can re-create the issue.
