static fixed widget when scrolling

There is a plugin that allows me to stick widgets and whenever a user scrolls down and passes the respective widget it will follow alongside with the content.

Can’t choose this option in related posts because in widget area it says “there is no options” where it should be the option that the other plugin inserts in all other widgets.

Any way to work arround this?
