Unfortunately, the problem still persists even though I have checked the system requirements. Not to mention that I can’t contact Astra for verification. The submission form thinks I’m not human…

It might be issues with the cache or the network. I have checked the form and it’s working fine here. Can you please try with a different browser or an incognito tab?

I tried that in Arc browser and the starter template didn’t even load up. It was just white board. I tried it in incognito mode, and same problem appears.

Could you please write exactly what you want from me? What specific details? You can see exactly what is happening in the video. Your starter template gets stuck at 29% and keeps copying the same files (pages and page details) to my wordpress dashboard.
I already contacted the support portal 5 days ago and no one has written back to me since then. I checked all the terms and conditions they have before I wrote to them. Unfortunately your starter template keeps throwing the same error.
Is there anyone competent here who can help me?
