SSL with WP3.3

Hello,
Following instructions from thepage Administration_Over_SSL I added the
define('FORCE_SSL_LOGIN', true);
into the wp-config.php
but I receive ERROR 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED) when I enter the

https://mysite.com/wp-admin.

Any suggestion ?
