Hi Support,

I have 21 sites on my account and generally the system is working well. However for foodphotographyscotland.co.uk they have 169 comments that are mostly spam but the plugin does not seem to be stopping them. I did the manual spam check in the list and your system picked up 164 as spam. Why are these not being stopped? This is the only site I have with 3 rows of zero in the log list so there must be an issue.

I have checked the key etc and all looks well.

Hello @alantomkins

When you run the spam check process the plugin checks all the comments that persist in the backend.

Probably, the comments you are talking about were received in the period when the plugin was not installed.

Can you send me a few examples of IP/email of the comment author?
