Hi @markussss,
I have sending new update later today to address this issue and it should fix it.
Thanks
thanks, I’ll update and observe
It did not make any difference and others reported the same.
Any idea what’s happening?
For me this should be a small case, so I rather spend 30 minutes now (maybe switching from Divi forms to WS Form with Turnstile) instead of daily 5 minutes for checking and posting in here. If you say you can control it, then I would keep the setup as is, but it’s going on already for around 2 weeks I think
Thanks for the update
Hi @markussss,
Our website is also using the Divi Form here https://dineshkarki.com.np/contact and the latest update has been able to block the spam as expected. Just to make sure the latest javascript is loaded, if you are using cache plugin can you please clears its cache.
Also, in those submission do you see the honeypot fields being submitted ?
Thanks
Cache was cleared multiple times. Divi built in forms are a very simple solution with not many features, there is nowhere to see the submissions. I can only check the email log. What I am seeing in the email logs is that all available visible fields are filled out. I am not seeing any hidden field being filled out and submitted. However, I am not seeing any hidden fields at all in the page code (also not on your site you shared with me).
The site in question has 3 simple Divi forms on 3 different pages. From what I am seeing in the email logs there are always 2 forms submitted (spam) at the very same time. So we are talking about 2 spam emails almost but not exactly every day. No spam was coming in on 19th October, almost like the spam bot took the day off on that Sunday
It does seem I am not alone and it’s also still a problem for others.
Did, regenerating the honeypot field made any changes ?
did that two or maybe three times
Just sharing todays spam, today so far it was again 2 spam submissions at the very same time, and 1 spam submission earlier. All I can say is that nothing changed, it’s going on for approx. 3 weeks now

On some websites, our plugin hasn’t been able to fully block spam, allowing a submissions to bypass the protection. We’re working on adding an additional system to strengthen spam prevention and will implement new measures to address this issue. Hope we can block them with new added protection.
I want to emphasize it worked like a blast until few weeks ago. Now it started with one site showing daily spam, so I fear that’s only the start. Not sure what has changed that led to this
Situation improved for a few days, then back to getting spam. Not sure what changed, but as of now in the last weeks unfortunately spam protection not working anymore / not reliable anymore.
I uninstalled WP Armour now as spam is coming in regularly and seems nothing can be improved. For starters before kicking out the forms in Divi completely and switch to WS Form + Turnstile I am trying good old rCaptcha v3 instead now.
