Spacious theme and CSS

Hi guys, I am new to WP and after looking for hours on the web to find a solution (I believe) to a simple problem nothing has worked.

I am trying to build a small website for a local non-profit and after installing the theme (spacious) and starting the customization I keep seeing a blue line around the top part of the home page. I’ve looked at different options in the customization menu but i can’t seem to find a solution. Could somebody help me?
