We will add your suggestions to our idea list and will consider adding them in the next update.

I would like to take care of a little sorting method.
I use field type dropdown as a user relationship.

So I think a good sorting that title ASC.

I see what you mean about the dropdown sorting being a problem. Unfortunately UM only provides an autocomplete feature on the multiselect field.
I will definitely add a some sorting to the dropdown results in the next release.
If you want to implement this yourself in the mean time, you could add the necessary WP Query argument(s) between line 125 and 153 in the plugin file.
We are not experiencing this bug on our side. Did it work before the 0.3 update?

I took a close look now and I saw that there was indeed a bug introduced in version 0.3. Just fixed it and released as version 0.3.1. Please update ASAP. And thanks for helping uncover the bug!
