something wrong with v9.12.2

    Hi,

    I have just updated QEM from version 9.12.1 to 9.12.2 via the WP Plugins page. There were no error messages, and the update was confirmed on the page, but when I refresh the page, it still shows version 9.12.1 and offers the update again. So, there is something wrong: either the update did not work, or the version number is not correctly displayed.
