    I’m not sure what’s going wrong here. Could you check with your website if there’s anything that might be blocking access to the WordPress REST API?

    I found that REST API gave an error message in wordpress health check as well, so the problem wasn’t related to the plug in. Fixed it by reinstalling wordpress on the server after support couldn’t find anything wrong on their end. Everything checks out and works as it should now.

    @brechtvds – just in case you get similar issues on this topic – this also happens when memory_limit is too low. I had the same thing happen just now, error logs showed Out of memory errors. I switched it to memory_limit = 256M and all is fixed.
