    For example, some tutorials are written for a certain software. With the release of the new version of the software, the tutorial also needs to be updated, but at the same time, the old version of the tutorial will be useful for old versions. Can I show selected git tag in WP like WP revisions?

    Also, is there a setting to disable image upload or exclude specific domains? I have already changed the WP media upload flow to sharex -> upload to ftp -> paste img URL.

    Hi @homu9,

    Thanks for checking GIW plugin. I understand your requirement, but GIW plugin is just another way to write posts. Instead of writing posts inside WP admin, here we are able to import markdown files from github.

    So if you are already able to achieve such requirement using a custom post type and custom taxonomies (i.e a version/tag dropdown to list matching posts) then you can work with GIW. You can create a custom post type and tag posts with a version no. like v3. Later you must include custom logic in the theme to add a dropdown with the list of versions.

    Otherwise GIW does not provide additional features. It works with all the “post properties”. So you can organize your content and set post properties as needed to get the output you were expecting.
