Excellent support, but feature creep drove me away

    I originally gave this plugin 5 stars. Unfortunately, over time it accumulated a lot of features I didn’t need. Since I value simplicity, I eventually removed it and replaced it with my own minimalistic, home-grown alternative that focuses solely on URL shortening – nothing more.

    To be clear: there’s nothing wrong with the plugin itself, and their customer support is exceptionally friendly and professional. I’m only taking away one star because the product has drifted away from its original simplicity.
