I see lot of this issues and new folders in my wp site. What could be the reason and solution for this?

Those are not Autoptimize files I’m afraid Rahul and that is why Sitelock is pointing those out. Chances are your site has been compromised. Have a look at https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_My_site_was_hacked or see what Sitelock advises to fix this.
