Solid product, Excellent support

Enhanced Media Library works as advertised. It integrates with the existing Media Library so you can’t really tell you are using the enhanced version except for the features. I did have some problems getting permalinks to work with the media categories, but I contacted support; and Nadia walked me through several steps spanning four interactions until it was working on my site. I had some settings wrong to make WordPress do what I wanted. This was great support even though my problem really had nothing to do with their product except it involved media categories.
