• SEOPress has strong potential. On paper, it offers a good range of SEO tools, clean settings, and useful customization options. When everything works as expected, it feels like a capable and fairly priced solution.

    The problem is consistency.

From one installation to another, the setup can feel unstable. Settings behave differently, and configurations do not always carry over predictably. That makes troubleshooting far more difficult than it should be. In SEO, especially in competitive environments, every small adjustment matters. You need to clearly track what changed and how it impacts performance. When the plugin itself feels unpredictable, it becomes harder to isolate variables and measure results with confidence.

Support has also been disappointing. Response times are slow, and in some cases, tickets go unanswered. When you are dealing with ranking volatility or technical SEO issues, waiting without clarity is frustrating. The AI support tool could be helpful, but it often struggles to understand the plugin’s own options and navigation structure. Better training on their own documentation would make a big difference. The training videos could also benefit from a proper voice-over explanation instead of just upbeat background music, as clear narration would make the guidance far more useful and easier to follow.

Overall, SEOPress is a fair product with solid features, but the lack of consistency and reliable support reduces productivity. For basic setups, it may work fine. For advanced or performance-focused SEO where precision matters, the instability can become a real obstacle.

    Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review. We really appreciate the balanced feedback.

We’re glad you see the potential in SEOPress and value the feature set. At the same time, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’ve experienced inconsistencies between installations. The plugin runs the same code everywhere, so differences are usually related to environment factors like hosting, caching, other plugins, or theme conflicts. That said, SEO requires precision and predictability, and if something feels unstable, that’s on us to help clarify and fix.

If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate a specific example of settings behaving differently. Concrete cases help us reproduce and resolve issues much faster.

Regarding support, we’re sorry if you experienced slow or missing replies. However, after checking this, we have answered all your tickets but feel free to open a new one so we can check this again.

About the videos, we are currently not satisfied and we’ll have a solution in the upcoming months about this. Stay tuned.

Thanks again for the honest feedback.
