Hello @rdwebstuff24
Thank you for choosing our plugin.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please check the below guide, and try all of the available positions for archive page if it doesn’t work on the archive page and for product page if it doesn’t work on the product page.
Please follow the below steps.
- Make sure that you have the latest version of both free and pro plugins. The plugin version numbers should be the same and the latest version.
- Navigate to the plugin settings – general tab.
- Check all of the listed positions for the archive and product page. (If there is an issue on the archive page, then you can check all of the positions for the archive page but if there is an issue on the product page then you can check the positions for the product page).
- Please note that there are different positions for the ‘On image” and “Out of image” badges so make sure you are testing the appropriate one.
- Check positions one by one.
Also, the plugin has the below shortcodes and maybe it can help you if none of the listed positions help you.
- [asnp_badge hide=”1″] to use on the product page.
- [asnp_badge] to use on the archive product or product listing page.
If you would like to show a specific product sale badges, then use the below shortcodes.
- [asnp_badge product_id=”7″ hide=”1″] to use on the product page, replace “7” with your product ID.
- [asnp_badge product_id=”7″] to use on the archive product or product listing page, replace “7” with your product ID.
I hope it helps.
Best Regards
Thank you for getting back to me. I tried everything you suggested but it still didn’t work.
Confirming it works on the category page

but not product details page

I added a ‘on sale’ badge and that work perfectly well on bot the pages above. Why is it that the sale badge works and the Sold badge doesn’t when all of the settings are the same?
If the “On sale” badges working properly on both pages (archive and product page) then the “Sold out” badge should work properly too, if you use the same configuration.
Please make sure that you have checked both “On image” and “Out of Image” positions in the badge configuration.
If you used “On image” badge, then in the settings you should check all of the positions for the “Badge and Countdown Timer On Image Position On Product Page“, and if you have used “Out of image” badge, then in the settings refer to the “Badge and Countdown Timer Out of Image Position On Product Page” positions.
Also, we checked “Sold out badge” on our demo website and it is working fine. You can check it out here.
We tried to check it out on your website but unfortunately, the plugin wasn’t active on your website!
If none of the above tips work, then it should be debugged on your site. You can contact us here if you would like to get premium support.
I hope it helps.
Best regards
