• Okay so we love the concept and it works well for us so far – except the payment process does take some getting used to.

    The main issue is when a QR code is to be scanned, how can I ask the customer to do that if I send it to them as they are on their phone. Please allow a clickable link too in this instance.

    What is missing is an ability in the backend to easily take a payment over the phone. Or even when a customer is in store as the process sometimes confuses customers.

    Another gripe is the need to open an external payment page – which can be okay but there is no control over the branding. This is important.

    What is really annoying though is when you release an update – You do not update the changelog on here so we know what the changes are – PLEASE DO THIS

    Finally contacting you when we have an issue – the support is not great. There is no easy way to reach out to you for a quick response. We would expect a realtime chat option – especially when if there is a problem for instance (e.g. payment not working, or configuration confusion) then how do we reach you?

    This is early for us and I can see it is getting better all the time. But the above points need addressing and please like I said, UPDATE A CHANGELOG so we are not guessing. This could easily be a 5star review as when onboard it is great – but it is just not quite polished yet.
