If the test email is working but contact form emails are not arriving, it usually means the SMTP setup is fine and the issue is with the form configuration or how emails are triggered.
Here are a few things you can check next:
- From Email Address: Make sure the From Email used in the contact form matches the email address configured in the SMTP plugin. A mismatch can cause emails to fail silently.
- Reply-To vs From Email: If the form uses the visitor’s email as the From Email, please change it to your domain email and use the visitor’s email only in the Reply-To field.
- Form Notification Settings: Double-check that email notifications are enabled in the form and the recipient email address is correct.
