Smooth Scrolling

    I have implemented anchor links in my menu, but the smooth scrolling effect is not working across multiple browsers.
    Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

    Thank you Eduard.
    The issue was not caused by the Blocksy theme.
    I had been using Intel systems exclusively, but yesterday I switched to an AMD system for my work.
    It turned out that the problem was due to the integrated graphics on the AMD CPU.
    After replacing it with an NVIDIA graphics card, the issue has been completely resolved.
    And I have also confirmed that all systems using Intel CPU integrated graphics show no issues.
    In other words, smooth scrolling is the normal behavior, and what I experienced was abnormal.
