Full disclosure: I have not gone live yet with SureDash, but I’ve set it up with content on Local, and the process was very easy. The interfaces are simple and clean for a DIYer.
During the process, I spotted a minor issue—not a bug, but not a feature enhancement, either. I contacted Support, and I received an answer with a solution within 24 hours (if you are in the U.S., expect a next-day response).
This is not the first time Support has helped me with one of their products. In all cases, they are kind, helpful, and clear in their communication.
Is SureDash perfect? This is still a young product, and I’m committed to it and the team behind it. Their focus seems to be on simplicity in the early going, and that has made my learning curve easy to navigate.
