slow loading pages

my ultimate member pages seem to load crazy slow. Essentially, I have to reload a page at least once in order to get it to load.

In my console you will see some mixed content warnings which i am working on removing but i dont believe that is the problem as i had issues with UM before i started to mess with the https aspect.
