Slider title

Hi! I want to add a title on the slider and it have to be H2 tag, red color. What code and where to add it? I tried to make changes in css file like this:
“#rps .slider {
position: absolute;
top: 0; left: 0;
font-size:22px;”
but it doesn’t work. Help me, please…
