Have you performed these steps?
We need to ask; it’s part of our protocol.
1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

Yes I did all of the steps, it is your plug in that are causing the problem. I don’t want to change my theme but I still want to use your plug in.

Please answer, it’s creating problems in ordering also… Please find a solution.
Please deactivate the JS minify, clear the cache, deactivate the caching plugin and check again.

Hello,
I did it. It still creating issues.
I turned off nextgen plug in because my clients were not able to order.
Why it is not anymore working ? Can you help me to reuse your plug in ? The previous version of 3.2.18 was perfectly working.

Can you let us know whether the slider is from the theme or from a third party plugin?
Also let us know what’s the theme name ( if it’s a free one we-ll be able to test the compatibility )

The theme name is : Foodica, the slider is from the theme as the online shop.

Thanks but, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to test the compatibility since it is a paid theme that we don’t have. Also, we haven’t heard of any other reports about it. If you really want us to have a look and record the issue for a possible review in the future, please setup a new staging site for us with just the theme and NextGen Gallery installed and the page where to replicate the issue. Hello,
Thank you for your explanations however it is very quite difficult to do it, can you explain me to use your previous version (Version 3.2.17) instead of Version 3.2.18. I am quite sure it will solve my problem.
