Hi, I am trying to do a new backup with duplicator lite (after having done many before) and when Duplicator explores the site, a 0B size of the files is shown….Can’t understand why (the site is up and running so the archives are still there) since I have done this many other times without problems
I am using WP 6.8.3 and the latest update of Duplicator
The size of the database seems to be ok though.
Any ideas of what mey be causing this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @sinergyinaction ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

This may be a permissions issue on your website. Please ensure that the root directory of your website has the permission 755 recursive for all the subdirectories, attempt to create a backup, and let me know how this goes.

If this doesn’t help, please check the backup build log file, and let us know if you find any errors:

I’m looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Thanks!

    Hi @mohammedeisa
I think, the issue was that some directory appeared marked as filter even before the validation phase, and when I cleared them it all seemed to start working as intended, although they were a very small number and didn’t sum up many Mb.
So right now I managed to complete a new total back-up even though I can’t remember if I made other changes that may have had an influence
    Best regards
