Thank you for reaching out.

Visiting the URL, https://staging.associazionedonatorisangueleselve.it/wp-json/tribe/events/v1, seems to require a username/password, and I believe this is so because it is a staging environment. I would say this is a false-positive due to the authentication requirement. You should be able to safely close the message/notice on your admin dashboard.
