RSS is a file format for web feeds. Content from your website can be subscribed to and read in RSS readers. The technology was still very important 20 years ago when WordPress was created. After a long dry spell, its popularity is now on the rise again. RSS has been part of WordPress from the beginning and is enabled by default.
However, I find it strange that you have a sitemap for RSS feeds in your project. This is rather unusual and, in my opinion, unnecessary. Do you use an SEO plugin or one that customizes the sitemap XML output? If so, which one? In this case, you would probably have to adjust a setting so that the sitemap for RSS feeds is no longer generated.
Each of the links you mentioned redirects to a YouTube channel. None of these sitemaps are currently accessible. Due to these redirects, I cannot tell whether you are using WordPress there, nor can I see what the sitemap XML currently looks like.
If you use Yoast, all sitemap XML output is controlled by Yoast. As far as I know, the output is constantly regenerated by Yoast. WordPress is not involved in this process because you use Yoast.
