- Are you submitting the correct sitemap URL of
sitemap_index.xml?
- Does the URL inspection tool‘s live test show any errors with the sitemap URL? If yes, please resolve the errors.
- Did you submit the sitemap to the Google Search Console profile that matches the preferred URL format including http(s) and www or non-www?

Unfortunately, the link you have sent us does not work. It leads to a 404 not found page. It might work on your end because you are logged into an account.
Did the status update in Google Search Console for the sitemap?

The screenshot you provided isn’t showing any error. The ‘noindex’ tag is intentionally included as the sitemap is not meant to be indexed in search results since it isn’t useful to users.

The message “Couldn’t fetch” is a generic message that can mean any number of things from the sitemap is processing to an actual error. We have checked multiple times through multiple tools and do not see anything that would cause Google to return the message. To further assist you, we need more information about why Google returns the message for your site specifically.

We see that the sitemap https://www.apnawallet.xyz/sitemap_index.xml goes to a 404. See image: https://pasteboard.co/ID9v8aF.png. This may be the reason Google is showing it couldn’t fetch the sitemap.
Can you confirm the following:
1. That you reset your permalink structure
2. That you have content for the sitemap
3. That you have added re-write rules
