Any relevant messages in your error log file(s)? Did you get a Site Health recovery email with any errors?
I don’t have that option with my account. I just checked all of my plugins and the site worked with each one except Cloudflare. Now I’m wondering if it could be something else because I am having the same issue this morning but now its with mobile only. The site seems to be working fine on desktop. The page is all white and there is something blinking on the top left bar.
It looks like I am having the same issue with caching that others have mentioned. When Cloudflare is active I have a conflict with Rank Math. Front page updates are not showing unless I manually go and purge the cache. Also, my site keeps logging me out. I am going to remove the plugin until your next update.

The error_log file can typically be accessed through your hosting panel, either directly or through the file manager.
If that’s not possible for you, try using a plugin, like Basic Log Viewer.
Have you tested v4.8.3? It resolves some possible-related issues.
Have you contacted Cloudflare Support?
