I run a multi-author blog behind a single brand. I need posts to go out to a Facebook page automatically when they publish on the site. I have some long-term writers, some short-term, some who write once and disappear (essentially “guest bloggers”). This plugin says I have to pay for a license for each of them because it’s “user based.” Meaning each user can add their own social network accounts. Don’t need that. Just need to share to the site accounts, at the buttcrack of dawn when the posts are scheduled to go out. Documentation goes to great lengths to avoid saying that outright (wonder why). Waste of time.

Thank you @btreece84 for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our plugin.

We understand your frustration with the current user-based licensing model for our plugin, which requires a separate license for each user. We apologize for any confusion caused by our documentation, and we appreciate your feedback on this matter. We will take it into consideration for future updates and improvements to our plugin.

In the meantime, we would like to offer a solution to your problem. We understand that you need to automatically share posts to your Facebook page when they are published on your site, without requiring each user to have their own social media accounts.

We can offer you a workaround by creating a shared social media account for your blog, which can be connected to our plugin. This way, all of your blog posts can be automatically shared to the same Facebook page, without the need for individual social media accounts.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your feedback and hope to earn a better rating from you in the future.
