Hello I am in Malaysia and working on my website and got blocked out of my account and also cannot log in to my website at all. The same IP address has a history for the past 40 hours or so I am setting up a new theme and the entire site crashed. Also, I tried to adjust the settings after getting kicked out and it blocked me and now shut down my entire site to a 500 error! PLEASE FIX ASAP my business is online!

IP address is 175.142.243.140 Also the site gives error 500

To remove the CleanTalk plugin completely from your website, please, do the following:
1. Log in to your Hosting Account.
2. Locate the folder of your website.
3. Delete the CleanTalk Security folder here: <WordPress-root-folder>/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall

After those actions the plugin can not affect your website in any way.
