Site Migration

Hello! Good afternoon!

I am trying to migrate my old website to a new hosting. So that students do not miss the progress of classes, we chose to upload the database and the wordpress files in the new hosting, however when activating the LMS plugin the site is stuck on the initial configuration page.
If I choose the option “start from scratch” or “go back to the WordPress panel” the page goes back to the configuration screen. If I choose the option “Install a sample course”, “Error creating course” appears.
It is also not allowing me to skip the settings, returning to the home configuration page.

I also can’t access the panel, much less the website with the active plugin. Could you help me in this situation?
