Site menu missing in the App section

Hi, the site is under development with CPM coming soon page set.

The issue is that if I selected Wpmobile theme under theme and colors then I can see both the lift, under and floating menu but if I selected the site’s theme, Rife Pro or one-page theme I can’t see the site’s menu or any menu for that matter to navigate the site. This is the site on mobile-phone-browser and with my theme, Rife theme and the menus are there, both the shopping cart and other menus are there and none of them as you can see appears on the app while selected my theme!

I would like to know how I can solve this since it’s the only issue delaying me from purchase.

The issue may not be from this plug. Pls. ignore the above messages while I continue to see if I can figure out the cause. Thank you

Hey, I have found the cause. It’s the # key in the menu links. I use a one-page sitting on the front-page and I used the custom links menu to connect with each section, e.g. https://mysite.com/#clients, https://mysite.com/#contact. The # key in the menu is causing the problem with the App’s display of the site. Please, is there any solutions to this?

Any site that has # key in the menu will have a wrong display and deactivate links in the App section. Please, I need a solution. Thank you
