Site in Safe Mode

I have a paid version of the Template Galaxy Mediator template. I really like this template but once again the site is placed in Safe Mode and the license key is not valid. I have not cloned or changed the url to the site, but based on the documentation from Freemius the site is a clone. How can we resolve this issue or do I need to request a refund and find another template to build the site with?
