I was downloading some themes and looking at how they would look with the site I was working on (uae501st.com) one of the themes recommended that a group of widgets be downloaded. This I did, then the site crashed no one can access it anymore.

    the message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function array_column() in /home/omarcpanel/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-frontend/wpuf-functions.php on line 1466

    appears

  • Yes, it might be, that some themes and plugins are not compatible with the latest version of wp. In this case the plugin wp-user-frontend is causing the issue. Not sure what the question is though 🙂

we can’t access the site. its crashed, so how do we retrieve it?

Log in through FTP and remove the faulty plugin first. I suggest backing it up to your local PC before you do. In FTP go to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the wp-user–frontend plugin.
