Single Knowledge Base Mode

    Hi,

    I created the main Knowledge Base page and placed an image in HTML. If I uncheck “Single Knowledge Base Mode”, the image appears perfectly, but if I check it, the image disappears and a kind of gray banner appears in its place.

    How do I solve this problem?

    I need to do the same on the article page. This image is in the background of the main menu.

    It seems that when I use Single Knowledge Base Mode, it does not seem to read the main page.

    Gray banner is just a place holder and should work across the knowledge base. It would be nice to be able to see this in action to understand it better and resolve this.

    I guess this is resolved now? Answered the other thread you started so closing this one.
