sidebar error

Hello all.

I’m a newbie to all of this. Hopefully someone can please explain to me what is going on in simplish terms. My problem is the following:

None of the links of my sidebar work except for log in/out, admin and wordpress.org. Everytime I click on the about me page I created, or the comments rss, or entries rss, I get taken to my web host’s page.

I’m using the default theme and the only things I have changed are the header image and the background colour image. I haven’t modified any php files (or css for that matter).
