showing always the qualify message on the wpc fly cart
-
The plugin was working fine but suddenly, without making any changes to the shipping settings of my store, it started always showing that shipping is free instead of displaying the progress bar with the remaining amount, regardless of the minimum purchase. Please, can you tell me how to fix this?
I had to temporarily deactivate it because there were complaints from customers who thought shipping was free, but it wasn’t when they completed their purchase.

Hi tuyotienda,
If you can’t leave the plugin on your site now, you can kindly make a screen video recording of the backend configurations and the frontend behavior so that I can help you check it out.
Best regards.
I’m experiencing the same issue. In my tests, if the user hasn’t logged in or entered address information, it displays the message ‘You’ve earned free shipping.’ However, if I enter address information or log in as a user, then it shows the message ‘You need to spend this much more for free shipping.’
Hi @janilyn409 , thanks for your reply. I’ve recorded a video for you : https://www.loom.com/share/75b12cf88b004df8bc4e20ee54c35639
as you can see “Free shipping” (“envio gratis” in spanish) is always being displayed on the side cart, even though we don’t reach the minimum amount set for free shipping method.
I already have tried disabling the rest of the plugins but its not a matter of compatibility.
Let me know if you need a different video or anything else I can help with.
Thanks,
Daniela
Could you please write down your email address? I’d like to shoot a video and send you the video link. Is that possible?
Hi tuyotienda,
I watched your video carefully and checked the products on your site again. When checking out, the shipping method displayed was “Local pickup”, not the Free shipping or delivery, so you might need to check the shipping fee configured for this shipping method instead: https://prnt.sc/TTmVukVsZ586
When I added products to the cart, whether the minimum amount was met or not, there was no messages displaying on the popup to show the minimum order value required: https://prnt.sc/LUoZZK6rfYMM
Please try it again in an Incognito or Private tab to make sure it’s working properly.
Best regards.
In order to check it from your end, you can kindly deactivate all other plugins, except WooCommerce and our WPC plugins to make sure no external plugin is intefering. The re-activate others one by one to find which is causing the issue.
On our test site, the message is displaying well: https://prnt.sc/wXW6iJMq5DIQ
Best regards.
Hi pasamsin,
It’s against the rules of this forum to ask for private information here so we can’t share our email to request for details.
You can kindly upload your video to any video-sharing platform and share us the link to watch without the need to log in.
You can also follow the above instructions to check it on your site.
Best regards.
I have deactivated all the plugins except:
WPC Fly Cart for WooCommerce, Woocommerce and WPC Free Shipping Bar for WooCommerce.Still have the same issue. Free shipping message is showing without reaching the free shipping minimum amount order.
Now I had to deactivate WPC Free Shipping Bar for WooCommerce to avoid customer’s confusion
I didn’t hesitate and installed WordPress and WooCommerce from scratch, completed all the settings. First, I selected the default Woocommerce theme and the plugin was not visible in the cart. Then, I chose a different design, and this time it only appeared in the cart widget. However, it was saying ‘You have earned free shipping’ even though I didn’t have free shipping rights. I recorded a video. If you want, I can also give you the WordPress login credentials. If you provide an email address, I can send these to you as well.

Hi @pasamsin ,
I couldn’t check your video: https://prnt.sc/NixCK-sWBIhV unfortunately.
We are forbidden to provide any further support outside of this forum with free plugins provided on the WordPress repository, so we can’t log in to take any further steps for your case, unfortunately.
Please make sure you use the traditional cart page instead of the new cart block from Gutenberd editor. Our plugin is not compatible with the new cart block yet.
Best regards.
Hi tuyotienda,
Have you checked the shipping fee for the Local pickup shipping method on your site yet? As far as I know, the Local pickup is carried out by the buyers coming and picking up the parcel, so the shipping fee might be considered 0 in this case.
The product on your video is having the Local pickup as the shipping method, so it will not be shipped out by the delivery company.
Best regards.
@janilyn409
Hi, thanks for your reply but, local pickup, regardless of whether it has a value of 0 or any other value, is not related to the message displayed by its plugin. The error in the plugin is that, despite not reaching the minimum amount for free shipping, it always shows as if they were eligible for free shipping. It’s a plugin error, the same one reported by the other person. Do you plan to fix it in an update?
It was working just fine a couple of weeks ago, and I didnt change any shipping method configuration.thanks
We are facing the same problem.
When using “Local Pickup” it appears as “Free Shipping”.
When disabling the error Does not happen. The plugin does not ignore “Local Pickup”
Can you help?
I have exactly the same problem, except that when I first enter the cart, it shows information about free delivery, and when I refresh the page, it shows the correct price for free delivery. The same happens in the cart and on the order page. I tried everything, deactivating plugins, theme and it didn’t help.
