Same here. I have also already tried forcing a cache update and completely deleting the application (in this case Microsoft Authenticator for Android) without success. However, the same application, referring to the iOS store, is shown correctly.

Google changed some HTML. Should be fixed with 4.5.1 (try new apps or clear the cache).
