Show only inactive plugins option?

Just tried this plugin, works great and thanks for your hard work.

Then I’d like to know if there’s a way to list only inactive plugins? because I’d like to have a separate list shows only inactive plugins for other maintainers that without plugin managing permission know what plugins are currently inactive on our blog.
