If WordPress 4.x version is still installed the Appointments shortcode generator can be found in the WordPress editor for easy access. Please see this screenshot:

In case WordPress version 5.X is installed, to create an appointments page with shortcodes, please go to Appointments > Settings > General > Display. Under Create an Appointment Page. Please see this screenhsot:
