Shortcode paramters not working

Some of the shortcode parameters are not working.

[decent-comments number=”20″ avatar_size=”64″ max_excerpt_words=”40″ /]

For the above, it shows all 394 comments instead of the latest 20. The avatar size it is ignoring, with the avatars showing up larger. The exerpt words is the only one that seems to work.

Edit: Nevermind, works now. I had copied and pasted your shortcode example from the docs and it had weird characters for the quotation marks.
