Shortcode for member detail page

We have been using the plugin for some time now, but started to have a problem recently, whereby the user / member details are not being displayed instead it only shows the shortcode: https://www.mbanorth.co.za/user-list/cisca_van_huyssteen/

Can someone assist us in what is missing and how to get the page working again?
