Shortcode don’t work on Divi theme

    Hello,
    I tried to enable the shortcode functionality but when I refresh the plugin settings page the tick dissapeared and the shortcode don’t work. How to fixthat? There isn’t any plugin which may be with conflict with this… The theme is Divi
