shortcode doesn’t work

Hi,

I usa ACF plugin creat a textare field, and insert the shortcode: https://picshack.net/ib/F8XMsz1Adv

Please note: the shortcode works well on product details area or post content.

I use the elementor Pro tab widget to build the woocommerce details tab, put the textarea widget in the third tab, and gain the value of the ACF textarea field. It shows an error: https://picshack.net/ib/bxSVhsAzg7

Already change to default theme and deactivated all other plugins, the problem is not resolved.
