Short codes not working Version 5.0

Hello,

I installed the plugins AnyWhere Elementor and Elementor and created a template with AnyWhere Elementor then copied the short code and pasted it into a new page using the Elementor editor, published the page and the page is blank with none of the info from the template. The short code I pasted into Elementor, I pasted into the the shortcode widget. Is there something I did wrong?
